  After inquiring about a strong antihistamine at Boots today I would like to share my experience. I was served by a lady who questioned me with the words "What you have?" I hesitated about answering this vague question wondering what was meant by it exactly and in return I had a list of antihistamine types reeled off to me like a child in the classroom and was publicly reprimanded when it was found I didn't know which one I should take. (I usually take fexofenadine from the doctor but had ran out and it is not sold over the counter). I was told that I should know which one is right for me. When I asked the lady which one she would recommend she frustratedly told me she didn't know and that I must try all of them. Fair point, but I feel I had the right to ask those questions and have them answered in a respectful manner since I was being polite. I would have appreciated it if she was patient with me like I was, with her strong accent, unfathomable grammar and poor manners. Might I remind the employee that I am a customer and not a pharmacist.
