- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible experience. night staff is terrible. the doctor does not even care. I waited 14 hours to operate (inital they said 3 hours). I ordered the pizza. because they no longer have food after 6 pm. but it does not interest them that I stood there for 14 hours.When you ask for something, they all say the same thing (I will announce and immediately help you), the liars. it's a shame that there are some honest, but very few people.by Dan StefanAugust 21, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hobbled into an empty A+E and asked for help. Finally one of the five women sitting at reception answered telling me she 'isn't a receptionist'. After a long pause I ended up saying "all those that are receptionists put your hands up!", that got the attention of the of them at least. The staff at whatever level must remember they are there to serve. It is in the name NHS for goodness sake.
