  Very rude receptionist. I’m trying to get appointment but I can’t get it. I been told by staff to call weds so I did. Guess what 8am appointment all gone. Great! What do I do. This is so silly someone needs to sort something out. And where is practice manager. Help!!

  On the off chance they'll actually answer the phone, you'll be given an appointment so far into the future you'd either die of whatever ailment you're trying to see the doctor for, or you'll recover & thus make the need to see the doctor redundant. I can appreciate the surgery being busy, but even when they give you an appointment & you attend it two weeks later, you can still spend over 30mins in the waiting room after your appointment time has passed, only to be rushed out the door as soon as you see the doctor.
