- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This has been local clinic for 23 years and for 23 years they have been giving bad service; today I was pushed over the edge. I rang them today to book an appointment for my father who is ill and I was told there were no doctors available, only nurses and midwives were. Actual doctors who are supposed to be in the surgery today were given a half day to go see elderly patients. They are supposed to be in the clinic supporting our local community. Additionally the woman I spoke to over the phone, Sukh, was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was a child and I didn't understand the system. I have noticed that the one time you need someone from this clinic, they let you down. I am disgusted at the unprofessionalism and lack or curtesy of the staff and doctors that work here, I wish I lived closer to another clinic that is in walking distance.
